  It's a shame I've only had negative experiences when coming to this store as it seems the majority of people do like this store. However, when I've visited It's always over crowded, they get my order wrong and the place is dirty, and this wasn't just a one-off, it was on multiple occasions. On the plus side, the coffee is nice and the amount of choice you have is better than competitors.

  A decent enough Starbucks- does what it needs to, but unfortunately bad design (and no music) hinders it from getting 5/5 :-(
