  Average KFC, the staff are helpful but sometimes not friendly, compare this KFC to other fast food restaurant in Leicester, it's actually one of the best. Always hot and fresh, will definitely return.

  The employees seemed extremely moody: very unfriendly. They were talking very quietly in a noisy environment as if they didn't want to be there at all. The kitchen didn't seem well managed, I ordered water with my meal and I had to wait 5 mins for them to bring a pack of water bottles from the storage room. The food was OK but the fries were too soggy. Will not visit again.

  So I entered the restaurant with high hopes after there recent refurbishment looking forward to a good KFC I then waited in a queue like I'd expect to find that only one person was serving food and at the same time I could hear the manager moaning about seeing the same people for 10 mins and when I was served after waiting the person who served me didn't look enthusiastic and showed it by taking 20 mins on my order alone and then when I got to my seat I found my chicken over cooked to the point it was hard to bite into and then when I went back to ask about it she said that another one would be the same in which I replied so it's not being cooked properly in which she then went round the back and said nothing made me wait another 5 mins to then be given a fresher one and not as overcooked. So disappointed will not be going again any time soon I think the whole team needs to be better managed and kept to a better time schedule on delivering fast food and not to mention my last complaint about the overall store hygiene was terrible.
