  Late at night decided to give this place a try as we are new to the area and often see groups of people going in for a late night snack.
  Ordered from the menu on the ceiling panel directly in front as you walk in - 2 regular meal boxes in order to try a variety of things
  Was asked by the server 'do you like sweet or hot?'
  Usually when ordering a curry at an indian restaurant they ask mild/medium/hot - so I presumed he was asking how spicy I would like the curries to be, hence I replied medium-hot.
  
  When returning with boxes and opening we noticed they had been covered at the top with some chutney-like sauces - unfortunately being very fussy eaters, we don't like sauces with our food, nor do we like ketchup or mayo in our burgers etc. etc.
  
  On returning to the restaurant I explained the situation to the server, who was a little unsure what to do and had to go and ask another person there (whom I believe may have been a manager - young looking fair guy)
  
  They then replaced the orders and made 2 fresh new boxes as we wanted them.
  
  I have to say, excellent customer service, and both members of staff I dealt with were very pleasant. One did point out to me the board on the side which did mention the chutney (however I only saw the one directly in front of me which didn't) - furthermore he asked me to take the incorrect order home as well and give it to my friends or family.
  
  Instead, I saw a homeless man on the way home and stopped and gave the bag to him - much to his delight!!!
  
  Thank you for rectifying the issue swiftly. Just a side note - maybe if you were to assume that all customers are attending for the first time, and instead of training the staff to say 'do you like sweet medium or spicy?' it may be better to say something along the lines of 'which chutney would you like on top?' - this perhaps would prevent a similar situation arising in the future ;-).

  Disgusting customer service, was treated very rudely by the man taking orders at the reception. Ruined a perfectly good meal with a friend. Not worth it, don't recomend... try some of the other shops on Evington road, there's a lot of other good options.
